He who comes from
above is above all; He who is of the earth belongs to the earth, and of the
earth He speaks; He who comes from Heaven is above all. ~John 3: 31~ Great Bible Reef: Believe in God. Bible Story: A Blind Man Believes (John 9:1-12) “I believe that You
are the Christ, the Son of God” (John 11:27)

“Happy are those who know that everything that

(Beatitudes for Kids, 8)
Book
of the Month: The book of the month
for April is Just a Dream by Chris Van Allsburg. The theme of this book is taking care of what
God gave us to ensure a bright future for our children. This is so important to stress in a society
that would tear down a tree to put up a building or pave a road. If we can instill in our students the responsibility
that each of us has to maintain this beautiful world, and to take part in its
care, then perhaps we have found another road to peace and less of the path to
destruction.
Screenings: Dr. Richard Packo will
be at Palmer on Tuesday, April 8th to administer Scoliosis screening
for 6th grade students only.
Permission slips for this screening were mailed on Thursday, March 6th. Please complete this form and return to
school no later than Monday, April 7th.
Palmer Sports Banquet: The Palmer Catholic Academy
Sports Banquet will be on Thursday, April 10, 2008 in the OLSS Cultural Center
from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
